Once our team reviews and approves your card issuance request, a request is sent to the card provider to start the card issuance process.
The process usually takes four working days from the card provider's side.
Once the provider starts the issuance process, you will receive an SMS message displaying your card's 16-digit code.
Once received, please download the Orbex Card App via the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Once you have installed the Orbex Card App, please follow the below steps:
- Open the app and click on the "Register New User" button.
- Complete the cardholder verification steps by entering your phone and card number (received via SMS).
- Submit your ID or passport, complete the face recognition step, and complete the E-KYC questionnaire.
- All done! You are now ready to enjoy all the features available in the Orbex Card App while your card is being prepared and shipped to your address.
