First-Time Mobile App Registration

1. App Download and Initialization

• Get the app from your mobile app store
• Open the app and tap "Register New User"

2. Cardholder Verification

• Input your mobile phone number
• Type in your 16-digit card number (previously sent to your phone via SMS)
• Enter the characters for user verification

3. Personal Information Entry

• Select your nationality
• Choose your identification document type

4. Document Verification

• Capture images of the front and back of your ID

5. Face Recognition

• Blink three times
• Smile

6. Cardholder Registration

• Provide your full name
• Enter your birth date and place of birth
• Input your phone number
• Input your email address
• Enter your identification number and national number (for Jordanian citizens) or passport (for other nationalities)
• Provide your physical address
• Select marital status
• Choose your customer title
• Indicate your gender
• Select your profession
• Enter your position or title
• Create a username
• Create a password, ensuring it includes an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.
• Confirm your password by re-entering it
• Accept the terms and privacy policy

7. OTP Verification

• Input the OTP received via SMS

      8. Registration successfully completed

• Once you complete your registration, you will be able to take advantage of all the app's features and benefits.
