How to withdraw funds?

Withdrawals can only be processed from your Wallet Accounts.

Therefore, if you want to withdraw any amounts currently located within your trading accounts, you need first to transfer the intended amount into your wallet account and then initiate a withdrawal.

Please visit the "Can I transfer funds between my accounts?" article to learn more about completing a transfer between your accounts.

To request a withdrawal:

Just click on the Funds section, located inside your MyOrbex sidebar menu as shown below, and from the drop-down menu, select the Withdrawal option:

Then, choose one of the Withdrawal options available to you and follow the prompts to complete your request:

Important Note:

For any withdrawal, you must choose the same method you used to deposit the funds.

 

If you have used more than one method to fund your account, please note that card withdrawals are in priority rather than any other methods, and in case of generated profits, you may request a Bank Wire transfer withdrawal. 

For clarification, see the examples below:  

1st Example:

Funded your trading account via Neteller with $1000 (Current Account Balance = $1000)

You generated $500 of profits (Current Account Balance = $1500)

You want to withdraw all the amount:

Must withdraw Via Neteller: at least $1000 or the full amount.

Optional via Bank Wire: only the profits, at least $200 or the full profited amount

2nd Example:

Funded your account with $1000 via Card Deposit (Current Account Balance=$1000)

 

Funded your account with another $1000 with Skrill (Current Account Balance=$2000)

 

You profited $500 (Current Account Balance=$2500) 

 

You want to withdraw $1000

 

You must first request a Card Withdrawal.

 

3rd Example:

Funded your account with $10’000 via Card Deposit

Funded your account with $5’000 via Neteller

You profited $3’000 (current balance = 18’000)

  • You want to withdraw $7’000

You must first request a Card Withdrawal.

  • You want to withdraw $4’000

You must request a $3000 Card Withdrawal and $1000 via Neteller

  • You want to withdraw $4’000

You must request Neteller withdrawal

  • You want to withdraw $3’000

It would help if you withdrew by Bank Wire since the other two options are already refunded.
