If upon creating an account, you do not meet the Mandatory Minimum Investment per the account type (i.e., You applied for an Ultimate Account but deposited less than the minimum required amount for this type), your account will automatically be re-categorized as a Premium Account, as it does not meet Ultimate Account conditions.
If, however, after creating and successfully funding an account, you wish to change the account type (i.e., you applied for a Premium Account, then you wish to change it to an Ultimate Account or a Starter Account), you must send a request to backoffice@orbex.com.
